Anyway, so there I was, ensconced for the weekend in Wiltshire, with my marvellous and very hospital friends, Gerry and Richard – both of whom – do I need to add this? – have a fine appreciation of food and are good cooks. I’m so lucky (cue Kylie – that was a joke!).
